Shelter in the Woods - SOLD

21.22 acres with a primitive hunting cabin/shelter and no restrictions. The hunting cabin/shelter is 8×16 with a wood heater and a metal roof. Wood shed also has a metal roof. Power runs along Highway 8 but has not been brought up to the property. There is a well casing that was there when the current owner bought the land, but he has not put a pump on it (but there is water in the casing). He has a 50-yard shooting range set up. A survey is available for the east 10 acres. A good mix of hardwoods fills the land along with huckleberries, beauty berries, and blackberries. This natural setting is a great place to destress.
