My company sold a foreclosure home with Ouachita Real Estate. I am located in Indianapolis, IN. I was unable to do on-site visits making it extremely challenging to coordinate all the events needed to sell a home. Edwenna was invaluable helping to coordinate all the vendors and 3rd parties needed to get home cleaned out and fixed up to sell.

If you weren't born and raised in Mt. Ida then it's best you don't trust them with your life savings.
They tried to sell me a property on Moon Dance while knowing the owner Sam had "complications" with a lean on the property.

In reviewing our records, we find no contact history with you, nor any property on Moon Dance owned by anyone named Sam in Montgomery County. The last property to sell on that street closed in 2021, and Ouachita Real Estate was not involved in that transaction. If your review was left in error, we kindly ask that you remove it.
