Rules, Restrictions, Cancellation Policy

      Ouachita Real Estate handles only the bookings for this rental, all else will be the responsibility of the host of the site. Rental payments and deposits will be payable to Ouachita Real Estate  before your arrival. If you will be arriving late, please stay in touch with your host so that they know when you will be arriving. If you need to cancel, we require at least 72 hours notice prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund. If notice to cancel is given less than 72 hours before your rental booking is to begin, the first nights rental fee will not be refundable. In the case of an emergency cancellation, refunds will be at the discretion of the host. Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore we do not give refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature! Our hosts reserve the right to refuse service, limit the length of stay and the number of persons or vehicles per site and/or evict any person or party without refund. These rental sites may not be available on certain holidays.
